Our method
No two properties are alike, so nothing is priced from a list. Every engagement starts the same way — and doesn't settle into routine until you say it should.
We visit in person, at a time that suits you. We look at finishes, access, security, and the rhythm of the space — who uses it, and when it needs to look its best.
You receive a room-by-room specification and a fixed price. It names the products used on each surface, the frequency of every task, and what is explicitly excluded. Nothing is left to interpretation.
Your first visit is a full clean to the agreed specification. We walk the space with you afterwards so you can tell us what to change — most clients refine something, and that is exactly what this visit is for.
Your housekeeper works to the agreed specification each visit, and a supervisor inspects on a rolling basis. The specification is reviewed with you twice a year, or whenever the space changes.

The concern is rarely the cleaning. It's who holds your keys, who is in your home when you are not, and whether anything leaves the room with them.
You are not sent whoever is available. You are introduced to one housekeeper — or, for larger spaces, one small team — and that is who returns. They learn your preferences, and you never have to explain them twice.
Keys are coded, never labelled with an address, and held in a logged safe. Alarm codes are known only to your housekeeper and one supervisor. Every entry and exit is recorded.
Every member of staff signs an NDA before their first visit. We do not photograph client properties, and we do not name clients — including to other clients.
Enhanced DBS checks, two verified references, and a supervised probation before any solo visit. Full public liability and employer's insurance — documentation supplied with your specification.

We are a small, deliberately selective company. We take on the spaces we can hold to our standard, and we look after them properly — the same way, every visit. What follows is how we think about the work.
You are trusting us with your home or your workplace. What we see and hear stays with us. Staff are DBS-checked and sign confidentiality agreements, we never photograph a client's property, and we never name who we work for — including to other clients.
Every space is cleaned to a written specification, agreed with you and inspected before we leave. Nothing is rushed and nothing is skipped. If something isn't right, we put it right — you should never have to point it out.
Marble, hardwood, brass, natural stone — the surfaces that make a space feel considered are the ones most easily damaged. We use finish-safe products matched to each material, and treat your furnishings as we would our own.

Yes. You are introduced to one housekeeper — or one small team for larger spaces — and that is who returns. If anyone is ever unavailable, we tell you in advance and introduce the cover personally. We don't send an unfamiliar face without warning.
Most of our commercial clients prefer early-morning or evening visits so the workplace is spotless before anyone arrives. We hold keys and manage alarms under a signed protocol.
We supply all professional equipment and products, including finish-safe options for marble, hardwood, and delicate surfaces. Your specification names the product used on each surface. If you prefer your own, we'll use them.
Every engagement is priced individually against a written specification — a fixed price, not an hourly rate. You'll have it within 48 hours of the consultation, and it doesn't change unless the specification does.
No long lock-ins. Regular engagements run on a rolling monthly basis, and we also take on one-off deep cleans and end-of-tenancy work.
